How does the Research and Benchmarking Web site work?
Participants complete a set of questions regarding transaction processing, telephone service, correspondence, retirement plans, legal/compliance, security, and business/finance operations. Survey results from each participating company are analyzed and benchmarked against all other financial service participants.

I’m interested in a topic that does not appear in the research categories. Can I add a research question?
Yes, if you would like to see a topic added to the Research and Benchmarking Web site, simply click on the “Request a New Question” link on the questions page. You will be asked to enter your question and to provide a short description. Please provide your contact information in case NQR needs to clarify your question further.

How do research participants use the results
Participants are able to use the data to benchmark their own operation against industry standards, institute best practices, and make strategic planning decisions. Some of the key benchmark and research topics include:

To access the Research and Benchmarking Web site,

  • Go to the Overview tab on the top left of this page. Enter your User Name in the sign-in box on the right
  • Confirm that your Security Key is correct
  • Enter your Password and click "Authenticate"
